Information on the organisation's closure
The JobRoom will be available until 12 noon on 19 December 2025. After that, the JobRoom will be taken out of service. The RAV Zug will be closed from 22 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 inclusive. How to register with the RAV Zug during the closure
- Are you already unemployed or will you become unemployed by 5 January 2026 at the latest?
Please complete the ‘RAV Zug registration’ form. This will be available on this website from 19 December 2025. You can then send us the completed form by email to info.rav@zg.ch or by post. We will contact you as soon as possible from 6 January 2026.- Will you be unemployed from 6 January 2026 to 11 January 2026 inclusive?
Fill out the online form in the JobRoom.- Will you only be unemployed in the future, e.g. from 12 January 2026?
Please wait until 12 January 2026 to register. It is important that you register with the RAV Zug on the first day of your unemployment at the latest so that you can claim unemployment benefits from that day onwards.
Notes on ‘Angaben der versicherten Person’ & ‘Nachweis der persönlichen Arbeitsbemühungen’
Angaben der versicherten Person (AvP)
We recommend that you submit the form for the month of September as soon as possible, but no later than 12 noon on 19 December 2025. As an exception, you can submit the form for December 2025 from 4 December 2025 onwards. Missing documents can be submitted from 6 January 2026 onwards.
Nachweis der persönlichen Arbeitsbemühungen (NpA)
If you use eServices (JobRoom) to record your job search efforts, you must have entered all applications for the month of December 2025 in JobRoom by 12 noon on 19 December 2025. These will be transmitted automatically before the system is shut down.
You can send the remaining job search efforts to your employment advisor by email or post using the form by 5 January 2026 at the latest, or you can drop it off in person in the RAV letterbox at the Hertizentrum. Job search efforts for the month of December must be submitted by 5 January 2026 at the latest. If you submit them after 5 January 2026, this may result in suspension days. The JobRoom will be available from 6 January 2026 at the earliest.
The ‘AvP’ and ‘NpA’ forms will be available for download on this page from 19 December 2025.
